We sell nothing
GiftExperts is not a shop. We publish gift ideas, guides and printables, and take no orders or payments. When you follow a shop link, you buy from that shop under its own terms.
Check before you buy
Product details and pictures come from stores and makers, and they can change or be wrong. Before you buy, check the product, the maker's age grading and the safety warnings at the store. Nothing here is medical, safety or professional advice.
Using our content
You may read, print and share our pages for your own use, and print our printables for gift exchanges you take part in. Please don't copy, republish or sell our content, or collect it in bulk with automated tools, without written permission.
AI training and datasets
AI assistants and search tools are welcome to read our pages to answer a person's question with a link back to us. That needs no licence.
Copying our content to train or fine-tune AI models, to build datasets or to republish it needs a licence. The fee is US$1,000 per page copied, and licences are available on request at hello@giftexperts.com. Automated access for any of these purposes means acceptance of these terms, including the fee. We log automated access and keep the records. Unlicensed use may be invoiced to the operator of the crawler or AI system and referred for review of a licence-fee claim.
Trademarks
The GiftExperts name and logo belong to Peter Mattsson. Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group of companies which does not sponsor, authorize or endorse this site.
Your account
An account is free and optional, and only for people aged 18 or over. Anyone who can read your email can sign in, so keep your inbox to yourself and sign out on shared devices. Add only what you need to remember gifts and dates, and nothing about anyone they wouldn't want kept, such as health details. Reminders are a free extra: we try to send each one on time, but we can't promise every email arrives, so don't rely on them alone for an important date. We may close an account used for spam or to harm the site or others. We delete accounts unused for 30 months, after one email. You can delete your account yourself at any time in Settings.
Liability
The site comes as it is, and we can't promise it is always complete, current or available. The shop and the maker are responsible for what you buy. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Law
These terms cover giftexperts.com in every language, and Swedish law applies. As a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules where you live and may bring a claim in your local courts. If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies.
